The posting, streaming, or sharing of images, screenshots, videos, and audio of gameplay including background music (hereafter referred to collectively as "gameplay footage") of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, to be released by SEGA on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox X|S, Xbox One, Windows, and Steam®, is permitted, provided that you adhere to the guidelines below and SEGA's streaming guidelines (https://www.sega.co.jp/en/streaming_guideline/).

There are no scenes in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii that you are restricted from streaming. However, in order to allow the greatest number of users possible to enjoy the game, please indicate the presence of any spoilers on content you stream or share online. We kindly ask for your cooperation in this matter.

Please Note:
1. You are not permitted to reuse or reproduce gameplay footage in any way.
2. You are prohibited from posting content that does not contain any original work, such as gameplay footage or commentary. You also may not post content that only consists of cutscenes, nor may you post background music or other music files with the primary intention of sharing the audio.
3. You are not permitted to share game-related content on any fee-based website or service. Doing so will constitute commercial use. However, you are permitted to share videos and stream via online platforms that enable you to receive revenue from the platform (e.g., the YouTube Partner Program), as this will not be considered commercial use.
4. You are not permitted to act in any manner that defames a third party, including targeting specific players.
5. You are not permitted to share content that is illegal, inappropriate, or contrary to public order.
This includes the following:
• Actions that hinder the functioning or compromise the safety of our products or services.
• Cheating, cracking, unauthorized access, the evasion of in-game restrictions, unauthorized modification of the game, or creating or using tools or services that enable these.
6. Upon request, you are obligated to immediately cease the sharing of any gameplay footage, regardless of the circumstances. We reserve the right to delete any videos or discontinue any broadcasts that are deemed to be inappropriate. Please note that inquiries about these decisions may go unanswered.
7. We do not provide indemnity in the event that your gameplay footage infringes upon the rights of any third parties. Furthermore, no compensation will be provided for any damages incurred through or disputes with third parties arising from your use of gameplay footage.
