In-Game Extra Casting Opportunity for Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio YouTube Channel Members (October 2025 Session)

Individuals who have a silver or higher badge on the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio YouTube Channel (attained after 24 months of membership) can apply to become extras in a future game.

Each month, we will select 10 applicants to participate in a recording session.

If you have been a channel member for over 24 months and are interested, we encourage you to sign up via the application form shared on the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio YouTube channel's Community Posts page.

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio Official YouTube Channel Membership Game Appearance Opportunity 2025 Participation Rules

This campaign is being organized by SEGA Corporation, with an address at Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower, 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, 141-0033, Japan ("SEGA", "we"). By participating in the campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these campaign rules ("Rules").

This campaign is not relevant to any social media platform operator (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, or Discord). However, in addition to these Rules, you also to following the terms and conditions of the relevant social media platform when participating in this campaign.

Selection and Number of Participants

By applying as outlined in the Rules below, 10 participants will be selected to have the opportunity to participate in the below campaign:

• Appearing in a non-specified SEGA game, by having their face scanned by SEGA's Facial Scanning team (the "Appearance")

This Appearance is personal and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for money.
Please note that transport to the venue from your place of residence and accommodation are not included in this Appearance offer and are solely the responsibility of each participant.

Who Can Participate

To be eligible to participate, you must:

1. be a "Silver" (24 months or more of continued subscription) or higher member of the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio Official YouTube Channel
2. still be a channel member at the time of facial scanning
3. not be the subject of or legally reside in any countries under sanction by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The most up-to-date list of sanctioned countries and persons is located at: https://www.wm.edu/offices/techtransfer/ExportControls/Regulations/OFAC/index.php;
4. i) not be a member of an organized crime group (boryokudan), a company affiliated with an organized crime group, an associate member of an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer (sokaiya), a group engaged in criminal or undue activities under the pretext of conducting social movement (shakai undo hyobo goro), a member of a terrorist organization, or any other person similar thereto (collectively, "Anti-Social Forces");
   ii) not employ or engage with any Anti-Social Forces;
   iii) not provide profits to any Anti-Social Forces; or
   iv) not have violated laws and regulations, committed criminal acts or any other serious incident deemed unacceptable by SEGA
5. be at least 18 years of age and be of age in the country you are participating from at the time of entry or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
6. be able to come to the specified venue in Tokyo, Japan, for facial scanning on the specified day;
7. maintain and operate a valid email account and the applicable social media platform account required for submission of your entry;
8. submit your entry in accordance with the Rules.
9. accept these Rules; and
10. be able to follow all other instructions and requests from SEGA staff

Other than the payments separately specified in these Rules, no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate and accept the offer on the above. Void where prohibited.

How to Participate

Participants can apply for the campaign by submitting the specified form, containing your YouTube username, contact email address and other details. Please do not change your YouTube username between the time of application and the day of the event, as it will be used for confirmation.

Extra Selection and Communication

If the number of applicants exceeds the number of scheduled Appearances, the participants will be selected on a random basis.

The Appearance offer will be delivered to each participant by email.

Please note that SEGA will not be able to confirm the receipt of applications or receive any enquiries regarding the campaign.

If SEGA is unable to reach a participant within 7 days, another participant may be selected.

Precautions regarding the Appearance

Please note that SEGA is not responsible for transport costs to the venue. All transportation, accommodations and other fees are solely the responsibility of the participant.

• Please bring the following documents for identification purposes. If you do not bring the following, you may not be allowed to participate in the Appearance.
• 　(1) Proof of membership (e.g. YouTube membership screen).
• 　(2)  Photo identification (e.g. driver's licence, passport, Japanese residence card, etc.)
• 　(3) If the participant is a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is also required to produce a form of valid photo ID.
• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting time announced by SEGA staff. If you fail to arrive by the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the Appearance.
• The facial scanning will be conducted in a standing position. If it is difficult for you to stand by yourself, please understand that you may not be able to take photos due to the equipment.

On the day of facial scanning, it is forbidden to film or record anything at the facial scanning location.

Our Use of Your Likeness and Personal Data

By entering this campaign, you grant SEGA the right to use your e-mail, name and/or username for the purpose of promoting and managing the campaign.

The Appearance opportunity offered to participants may be recorded by SEGA, the media, or other parties authorized by SEGA, and may be widely distributed through broadcasts, the internet, or other means. In such cases, the applicant's image may be publicly disclosed.

Additionally, participants acknowledge that any personal data provided to SEGA in the campaign will be incorporated into a game program and may be widely used for the content and promotional purposes and that it will not be possible to make any changes to this data regardless of any subsequent circumstances, and agree that their likeness may be used without compensation, without any restrictions on region or duration, in the following works produced by SEGA, SEGA group companies, and third parties designated by SEGA (including but not limited to subcontractors and licensees):

Target works:

・The Like a Dragon series and related series

・All game titles produced by SEGA, SEGA group companies, and third parties designated by SEGA

・Derivative works of the above-mentioned works (including but not limited to strategy guides)

・All promotional activities related to the above-mentioned works, products, or SEGA (including public transmission)

Additionally, when photographing portraits or facial models and using them as specified above, we may, at our discretion, modify, alter, or transform portraits or models, or use only certain parts of portraits or models. Furthermore, we will independently determine the method of use and expression within the works. As a result, portraits or models may be used in a form or manner that does not align with the participant's preferences.

Please ensure that you understand and agree to the above points in advance before applying. Prior to the facial scanning, we will exchange written agreements with the participants regarding the use of your likeness.

Participants represent and warrant that their likeness (including appearance) and other personal features are not subject to any restrictions on commercial use resulting from agreements with third parties. In the event that a third party claims rights due to SEGA's use of their data, Participants agree to handle such claims at their own expense and burden.

Limitation of Liability

SEGA is not liable for any disputes which occur between participants or third parties as a result of submissions or selections as per the course of the Appearance.

SEGA and its affiliates are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Appearance, except in a situation where SEGA is directly responsible due to deliberate acts or gross negligence. Even in the case there is necessity for SEGA to provide compensation, SEGA's total liability in the compensation shall not exceed the value of the Appearance opportunity, unless the situation were deliberate or due to gross negligence on SEGA's part.

Disputes

Unless otherwise required by law, any and all disputes with participants shall be governed by Japanese laws and settled according to the Tokyo District Court and its exclusive Jurisdictions.

Changes to the Campaign/Cancellations

SEGA reserves the right to modify the Rules, prizes, dates, or structure of the campaign to ensure fairness, legal compliance, or due to unforeseen circumstances at any time.
